That's going to be a large diameter outrunner - is there a budget you have in mind? _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

After a quick look, the motor that comes closest to all those parameters is *surprise* a short Mag motor The KV is a fraction too low buy its closer than any of the brushless motors I checked. I'm sure that isn't What you want; will keep looking. Is there an option to go to a higher voltage? _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

Budget is rather flexible, but size isn't.
63mm max, but smaller/lighter gets preference.
Otherwise I would have looked at the smaller Rotomax's.

Just comparing motors at Hobbyking, the ideal motor is half way between a Rotomax 1.6 and a large multicopter motor. Some of the multicopter motors come very close to your specs except for power; can you stack two of them to do the job?
The diameter limit really screws thing up, I think you will have to use a lower KV motor and higher voltage to meet the power and size specs - or wind your own motor _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

Small update.
Kashei got a day of TLC. Nothing more than tightening nuts and bolts and improving removable link retaining.
Hannibalito 3 was another matter. A persistent small leak on the buffertank became a big persistant leak, and after checking, a new buffertank was installed.
Perun had a bit more of work, the old Scorpion XL is replaced by an IBF 4.5.
This gives us a lot more functionality and PC programmable settings with a nice "app".
Now the next Nebelwerfer, and we have again 4 machines.

Good to hear your robot hoard is tuned up and ready to battle - are you planning for any particular event? _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

Good luck! I really want to get to a full sized Maker Faire, maybe next year... _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

This happened to Hannibalito @ The makerfair Hannover.
Since then it was on life support and waiting untill the surgery could be implemented.
Today Leo and me took Hannibalito from Life Support.
The flipperarm was a write off as it proved to be a decent crumple zone. A replacement was made, and a few copies pre-cut.
First idea was to rebuild the armor completely. But after checking the damage, it wasn't that bad. Just the 2 front corners that were deeply scratched. It just looked horrible before cleaning.
So we smoothed out the damage, and grafted some new 12mm HDPE over the deep scratches.
For good measure and improvement, an experiment with bend Hardox was done and now Hannibalito has a moustache.
Pictures will follow.
