Sorry for the delay guys.
My address is 2 Peppermint Crt Hampton Park.
ph 0419 481 344
Start around 12, so if we aim to get there at 11 then we can get set-up have a fight or two then some lunch and a break together.
The entry fee for the day will be $10 per bot entered in a fight.
If you are thinking of coming could you post a "I'm in" so I can get an idea of numbers for the barby.
Cheers. _________________ Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.

Will anyone have a problem if i ducttape my entire robot? slight chance that if some comes off it could accidental break the entanglement rule?

Scales non-problem.
In have Daniels white board as well.
I think giving the Kero system a try is a good idea, must re read it before the day.
Pyrobot and Ballistic are almost ready, just a couple of little details to tidy up. _________________ Satisfaction is proportional to effort and results.

I'm probably not going to be there, seeing as Binky is only half finished with no weapon yet. Until next year then. _________________ It seemed like a good idea on paper...

Thank's Danny for a fantastic day, the house looks good and the areana is ausome.
So to buisness.
The results for today are as follows
Round 1
B&W vs 6x7 6x7 Winner
Ballistic vs Pyro Pyro Forfit
Puncture vs Rhino Rhino win
Round 2
b&w vs pyro Pyro Win
6x7 vs rhino 6x7 Win
ballistic vs puncture ballistic
Round 3
b&w vs rhino Rhino win
Pyro vs Puncture Puncture win
6x7 vs ballistic 6x7 win
Round 4
b&w vs Puncture b&w win
Rhino vs ballistic rhino win
Pyro vs 6x7 6x7 win
Round 5
b&w vs ballystic ballistic win
puncture vs 6x7 6x7 win
rhino vs pyro rhino win
Our interpritation of the rules was that falling into the pit counted as a KO, as did tapping out. We gave points as discussed in ideas fest page 2 but broke down to 1.5 and 2.5 mins. a forfit counted as points for a bye given to the non forfit robot.
Thanks again Danny, If anyone sees any erros please let us know

Thanks gents (and Kirst),
I had a great day to. I'm glad you all like the changes to the arena.
Sunday the 23rd November is what I am going to be aiming at for the next event, just under 4 weeks.
I'll run the day similar to today, food, times ect.
Thanks again, I'll start a new thread for the next event. _________________ Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.
