Ok!-Ill get down there and sort out the Sentinal, Its been a while since
Ive seen it together myself! (Ill need a few days to dig out AMEE though!)
Heres a brief description of each prop for you, Ill tag it with each photo in the
future, but for now-
photo 1-"Time Gaurdian" stunt pulse rifle. Backround prop, fiberglass,
I think this one fires pyro.
photo 2-Strikeclone gun. Hero prop used by Christopher Lambert in
"Fortress" This was fitted with a 9mm Uzi and a flamethrower for his
role as prisoner John Brennick. I have his prison yellow jumpsuit with
"Brennick" on them and three of the Intestinator devices(pics soon)
photo3 -Strikeclone gun from the other side showing the ammo belt
photo 4-Close up of the hero gun by Tom Burlinson in "Time Gaurdian".
it shows the main five barrel muzzle and the grenade lancher underneath.
Photo 5-Center of the Gun showing the power leads for the battery, it
was a blankfiring weapon-also the lower handgrip and grip.
photo 6-Back of the Gun showing the handgrip, arming switch and
the hooded scope at the top.
photo 7- Long shot of the Gun.
photo 8-Long shot, opposite side.
photo 9-The Gun in all its glory. That knob on the side unscrews and allows
the stock and barrel to be extended. The prop is very heavy, Im guessing
around 8-10kg.
photo 10-With the stock closed, (I need to ask Dave how the barrel works
again!)
photo 11-This is a replica line throwing gun from the Aus TV series,
"Airtight"
photo 12-Heres a helmet from "Red Planet" thats been used in a pyro
sequence and then sectioned to allow a camera to shoot from inside.
They are made from shaped aluminium, and Im told about $2000 US
each to make.
photo 13-Sectioned helmet-opposite side.
photo 14-Whole helmet with soft edges, visor and glare shield. I have
the missing backplate for it too.-all the Red Planet stuff was done by
Steve Johnson VFX is the USA.
photo 15-Heres a "Metropolis" licence plate from one of the cars in
"Superman Returns"
photo 16-This is a taser gun from the short lived US TV show "Future Tense"
a sci fi police series. Though not a real "taser" gun, the prop was
made to fire a pyro flash to simulate the real thing!
photo 17-This of course is the "Mask of Loki", I was lucky enough to get
a cast out of a mould. This was for Mask2, son of mask.
Hope you enjoyed these first photos, of what I hope may one day be
all together in a museum, Im hoping maybe the Powerhouse one day,
for others to see as well-more pics soon I promise!-Jas
