hey mario,
thanks for the offers, ill wait for all my parts to land here before i go put any more orders through so i know exactly what fittings and sizes i need for the other things but i love the idea of the pressure sensor instead. makes alot more sense!
vivoil pumps look good too, i was eyeing one off (20L per hour i think it was) until i struck this one. ill have to call the guys tommorow and try seal the deal on it. fingers crossed.
and heres the start of the robots form. one 30mm rod for the crusher shaft and the mounts for it. 15mm steel. tasty.
the frame material will be $67 a meter for the chromoly box section, needless to say its back to thicker mild steel for me! _________________ www.demon50s.com - Minimoto parts

well have many parts now. got a pair of pocket bike wheels for $19 each just need the tyres.. they have the sprocket holes already in so thats convinient.
the ram is finally here, what a beast! these heavyweights are certainly. um. MASSIVE . pump should be here in a day or two, all 3kw worth of motor and pump overkill but all i could get.. when its all together ill take a look at one of the Vivoil pumps.
bladder should be taken care of now surprising to see what other people have used in the past! now for the valve but thats the cheapest part of the lot so ill grab one after this event.
surprising how cheap this has turned out. all the parts for a heavyweight hydraulic system for less than $600. actually thats not cheap at all XD.

well the hydraulics side is all finally organised
c40 magmotor pump setup, 70mm bore full pressure hydraulic ram should do the trick quite well. not to bad for a smidgen under the 4 figure digits money wise
also obtained some drives it should seem. will gear them up off the somewhat slow wheelchair motors and happy days.
now to grab some 50x50x3 and 25x25x3 box and start a welding
design at this stage is a vertical jaw, using the ram as a part of the frame hopefully to maximise the weight use. should be a hell of a time building it. really looking fowards to it _________________ www.demon50s.com - Minimoto parts
