find the bot you want, eg jolt, in the vertical list, to see how it went against the other bot, find that one in the horisontal list eg cobra.
the scores are the average of 5 judges results
the average column is the average score for that bot for the day.
orbit has no average as its fight against cobra was too quick to get scores that mean anything ;->
a 1 in the win field means the bot won that fight.
its possible to loose the fight but still win on points. "thats loosing with style"
Found an error with the scoring, missed averaging a score it'll be fixed soon
ok all fixed if you have already looked at it, force refresh to get the changes, hold ctrl and press refresh.
error was in jolts score against roadkill.
Fixed averaging error in roadkills score against jolt _________________ Mechanical engineers build weapons, civil engineers build targets

Strange round robin you guys have.
I have to agree for this event - it was stranger than usual. We had a partial round robin event and used scoring sheets to decide winners for each match. The averages for each bot's matches were calculated to get placings without having every bot fight every other bot.
There were three major problems with this:
The Cobra vs Orbit match was deemed un-scorable as Orbit KOed Cobra in about 10 seconds and KOed it again in 20 seconds for the rematch. Orbit got zero points for the day as this was it's only match. Based on "averages", total ownership in one match should have made Orbit the winner for the day - Andrew achieved the impossible in beating the series leader twice inside 10 minutes.
The other problem with this scoring is in not recognising forfeits. In the final scheduled match of the day, it was Jolt vs Cobra - after we loaded-in twice Glen had to concede due to electrical problems, yet this match was not even recorded in the scores. In the double elimination tree system or in the full round-robin system from the last event, this would have simply been a win for Jolt.
The last problem is one I would rather gloss over; tap-outs. In my first match against Cobra, I had to tap out for safety reasons before the weapon bar spun off and possibly knee-capped someone. Jolt still scored a few points and I bent Cobra's top a little, but this is completely outweighed by having to tap out, which is equivalent to a TKO by the other bot - I should have received less. By the same token, all matches that are decided by a forfeit or TKO should have a standard points allocation.
Proposal:
I propose that we go back to the old voting system for both double elimination and round robin systems. Matches that go a full three minutes get voted on, while matches that are knock-outs or forfeits go to the dominant bot by 10 points vs. 1 to the loser. This is where we where at for the last few years and the system has worked well in the past.
I would also like to propose that when we have a round robin event, all the competitors HAVE to fight everyone else unless they are incapacitated. This is the most accurate way to determine a winner and worked perfectly at the previous event. If there are too many bots to run round robin, then we go directly to double elimination.
Final proposal is to have a registration deadline like the US. That way, we can decide ahead of the event what type of scoring system to use without surprising anyone. _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion
