Was awesome when I got my learners, I was driving nearly 180Km a day to TAFE everyday, I worked out I racked up around 15000km in 6 months. Getting your license is awesome. You just jump in your car, drop a burnout* and go where ever you want to go**!
For your first car, look for something cheap to run. Anything under 1.5L is generally a good choice. Ford Lasers, Holden Barina, Suzuki Swifts (Old models) & Hyundai Excels are all great cheap little cars. I highly recommend an Excel, mate of mine has a 1996 model, it was 50 000km past service... We dropped the oil yesterday and it looked good enough to put back in it

** Fuel : Wallet ratio dictacts when and how often you go somewhere... _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/
