Just so you know what to expect, here is a pic of those NiCad Packs:
Good for 60 amps for 3 minutes, so you should only need to charge every few matches (I have a spare charger for the packs). _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

Cool, i'll go check if they'll fit _________________ ( •_•)
Hmmm, because of its shape its a tight fit (but this is what all those years of TETRIS was for!
It was designed to hold 3 12v stright laid (2x5x1 cells), so i'll leave one as it is, and fold another in half, creating space for your pack.
Pics (with the bot upsidedown)
Ok, last robot SUCKED to no end, so i'm, making a simple twack-bot.
A question:
> I bought a fibreglass handled hammer for the twack arm, should I:
a: Attach it as is, with no modifications
b: Drill holes in the fibreglass and attach steel bracing with bolts, then bolt the steel to the robot
c: Chuck the fibreglass handle alltogether and drill bolt bholes in the hammer head (god knows how!), then bolt THAT to steel thats bolted to the robot.
fiberglass dosent like point loads so drilling holes in it would be a bad idea as a rule. _________________ Mechanical engineers build weapons, civil engineers build targets
