Also, looking at your photos, your GM12 motors are mounted into the green mounts in reverse. Where you have the motor wires coming out of the holes, that is where the gearbox is suppose to bolt to the green mount. Then you won't need that extra block holding the gearbox end and you can save some weight and space _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

your kidding! me no wonder why they got thrown out! (and I had to modify them to get the wires through properly) good thing I ordered some more the other day from you, big mounts and little mounts hooray, seeing as mine is now absolutely shredded (maybe because i was fucking around with them and making them weaker)

Alrighty then seems as so work screwed me around quite a bit I never got to enter my reciprocating saw powered bot crucifix, no the weapon wasn't very effective whatsoever even on wood, but hey I had one and wanted to try it out.

Looks sweet as man. With those printed mounts at the sportsman we found they work pretty well but could really use a thin strip of like 2mm ali over the top. As the forces on the bolts seem to make them crack.

sweet sweet jesus its sorted, sorry for the frustration knight! righto on with the story!
so for nationals, if I can get off of work (just got layed off so I will be grabbing work wherever I can get it) I started to build a wedge (unnamed as yet) and because I couldn't resist the temptation there is a saw on the back - the theme I am going for on this bot is basic, to build one that can take alot of punishment and be reliable, I'm not really worried about the weapon side of things at the moment, Just want to build something to compete with.
this is how at sits as of today.
