None of the links on the left are working. (Not on my ipad anyway - yet the links to the wiki do)
Needs an easy link to the forum!

This has been brought up many times. Have a search and see if you can find the last time this was suggested and what the result was... _________________ <Patrician|Away> what does your robot do, sam

Links seam to work for chrome (win7)
As Jaemus said, look up the old thread. Sadly how the server is used by Brett he very reasonably does not give access to others to update the front page so this slows things down.
As an option, Could the index page be changed to the forum and we put a link on the forum to go to all the old content to make it accessible? _________________ Remember to trust me, I am an Engineer.
Will be updated tonight.
I've just been granted FTP access to the front page, so should be able keep it updated a bit better in the future. _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/
Yeh we have been trying to get in contact with Brett to get it updated again since like May. _________________ Steven Martin

THIS
Just dump the rest of the frontend, and put a link to the wiki and anything else that's worth keeping somewhere in the top banner of the forum _________________ <Patrician|Away> what does your robot do, sam

The buttons are flash, thats why they don't work with apple stuff.
Dumping the front page is a bad idea, updating it and pointing more prominently to the forum as a good source of info is a good plan. _________________ Mechanical engineers build weapons, civil engineers build targets

Flash buttons are a Dreamweaver creation and should just work (pending java / flash plugins enabled). Front page should be up tonight when I have Internet access (I'm traveling ATM.) _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

Apple (ipads etc) don't support flash at all, new android stuff also lacks flash.
If we dumped them and just put static images in it'd be sufficient. _________________ Mechanical engineers build weapons, civil engineers build targets

^ correct, they don't show on my phone or ipad, making it next to impossible to access the forum from the front page without adding /forum to the url _________________ <Patrician|Away> what does your robot do, sam
