Fuel Cells
Any one know much about useing Fuel Cells from hydrogen and if a normal persion(me) could make one on a small scale
By the way this is not for robots the water and hydrogen rule that out _________________ Team KO

problem is the proton emmision membrane (PEM)
some fairly advanced chemistry in them.
there may be another method with poor efficency (and hence not too widley published)

I found a couple of educational sites last year that offer kit form fuel cells i will try and find them they sell the material in small amounts for experemteers and schools it was a UK site also i had a sitebook marked that showed how to make an aluminium-- air cell that was quite interesting i will look on my old discs that i save from my old now dead hard drive and se if imanaged to save the links

mm do a serch with the word .. Ballard or Balard fuel cells and you will turn up heaps of info also there was a flet of transit busses running ballard fuel cells in canada about 6or 7 years ago and as probaly still runing so i thint that wa site claim about being the first might be a litle bit of media hype ..
