Hey, any chance the ranking tables can be updated leading up to Robowars? I am keen to refute the wags who said Jolt was so badly placed that I should forget it and build a new bot instead Razz I am building some new bots, but Jolt seems to have a bit of life in it yet...

Hi all

"Mothbots" and Vincent will be there

I can find space for a few people if someone needs it and maybe even a spare car by then ....

my large workshed should actually be clear by then (for bots ' n repairs)
I'mm are based in Cranbourne 'bout 45 mins from sidetracked.

Phone me on 0401 778 501 if you need it

enjoy

I would probably have to object, the arena is fairly small in area. There'll probably be a few robots of the unpredicable high power type and having another bot in the arena will be a bit of a hassle. Laughing

I have a question for Brett - Is it possible to pop in on the friday to drop bot stuff off? I know a few years back this was possible but last year it wasn't. It's a lot easier for me to do that than cart it from the appartment on the sat morning. Less stress too. Smile

I can't see mush use for a ref-bot other than something to hide behind - it is more practical to have a person get in the arena to perform un-sticks and there will be bad feelings if the ref-bot is hit by high powered spinners.

maybe for things like grudge matches where the outcome doesn't matter too much, and it could benefit with a bit more entertainment

So raiden is now under unconventional robotics team name?

So put raiden and flippinhell up on the wiki and started looking for photo's and build pages. I'll try to make it all pretty tomorrow when I have a bit more free time.
