I will either drop by the hackerspace for bring my own (larger) CO2 extinguisher. Could you let them know I will be dropping by?

What time will you be there on Friday evening? I have to work late and might not be able to deliver the ant arena until 8:30 to 9 pm.

Hey Nick, if you already have one and don't mind bringing it that'd be great! We'll be there as we can only start setting up around 8. Shocked Bring warm clothes!

Can I get a screen to let our new Nats Promo vid to loop on. I have some fliers but unfortunately I couldn't get our big posters off Miles & Jules with the way things have gone this week. Not a big issue.

Quick question what stock do people want brought down for Botbitz? I think aaron is intending to bring the ant/beetle stuff. But does anyone need Feather stuff as well?

1000rpm drives are all i could possibly need Smile

Since no ones mentioned anything, the arena was setup Wednesday and went together much quicker since Jake had the arena bumpers thinned down (they were too thick making sliding the polycarb in a real bugger of a task)

All looks pretty good Smile Will just need some help transferring it 200 meters over the road to the final location - then partayyyyy :3

My two robots are all working finally despite the hobbyking stuff not showing up. Good to see they are still as useless as ever -_- hopefully i wont be needing spares heh.

Cya tommorow/saturday. Looking fowards to it Very Happy

f*** beetle weights Razz
Something about this class and my failure to build one. Cannot improve / hack for some reason, so remove RageQuit Jr from the entries. Offering to help run beetleweights brackets / judging etc etc.

Good luck and safe travel to all going to the event. I hope all of your robots perform as expected and that the QLD robots perform best.

Me and my 45kg of luggage have checked in and are waiting at the airport.

Getting 200Whr of Lipo through security was really very easy too.

Just hope everything gets there in one piece.

Hey guys,

so unfortunately I can't offer any parking for tomorrow unlike last year. Because of this, your best bet are the streets around the venue (2P and about $1.20/hr) or the UTS parking

http://www.facilitieshire.uts.edu.au/pdfs/carpark.pdf

The earlier we kick off the event, the more rounds we can have. If people could get to the venue before 9 to assist in weigh in registration and safety that would be much appreciated!

Buildin' bots like a boss, looking forward to seeing some of you guys soon and the rest of you tomorrow! Very Happy Cool
