PC Games!

Had enough of console games being ported to PC and sucking ass? (I'm looking at you assassins creed), want games that can actually make use of that gaming rig you have and not just by overloading sharers that don't actually do much (skyrim).
Check these out. Made for PC, and awesome looking!

How did I not know this existed until now?

(they got mavor doing it)
New "annihilation" game (supcom / total annihilation style) but now "planetary"
WTH MAN!
It was kickstarted in 2012, looks like it'll release this year sometime.
$40 gets you a ticket

Think MMO wing commander.
But with scale, you can stand on the bridge, watch a battle outside, go hop into your ship and join in. NICE!
PC only, finally that nvidia titan GPU and 16GB of ram is going to feel the squeeze, each actor in the game has more polys than your average console game has on the screen, watch the videos at least, spiffy spiffy eye candy.
Free to play but putting real $ in buys you shortcuts, you don't need $ to win
Oh explicit support for private servers, feels like this is one that'll last.
Funded to a hair short of $10M presently.

For the old school "elite" ;->

Up to his old tricks, in a procedurally generated MMO with offline play as well/
30 quid gets you a ticket.

I was playing Mad Max for a while but then Witcher 3 came out... Both are great open-world games. Australian dystopian set is better anyway! Btw, playing online with free spins is possible across all platforms . You don't even need to download any clients and apps to play it.

Thanks Harley, I will check them out. AoE and Rise of Nations are still my fave RTS games so if these compare well, I'll be super happy.
