Sorry, no interwebs at the event - I'm sure several people will be uploading videos - most of the beetleweight fights were absolutely awesome. Glen won the beetle division with Killer but had very strong competition from Jake and Jaemus. Andrew won the ant division with BFD2 (I forget the alias).
Huge thanks to Angus for organising another smooth-running event in a great venue - I hope they will have us back again next year.

Hoo-kay. Sleep in was good, think I'm alive once more!
Good event the crowds were impressive and had a chat with some really interested people throughout the day which can only be positive. Was great to see the ABC guys come back to check things out
The beetle comp was awesome for sure, the quality of all the robots was super impressive and the fights were all great too. Some of the best i can recall in recent times. Really happy with how the arena held up too and how easily it went together. Ants were good too from what i saw, the kids certainly loved them. That and andrews drum bots are too friggin hard to beat XD!
Only suggestions i have for the future are finally implementing a pit into the beetle arena now its sorted to add another dimension to the fighting. Certainly for the wedge on wedge fights. I have that medical device ballscrew/stepper setup that can be used for it
Also the waits between rounds seemed ETERNAL. Really need someone that isn't competing to just handle the organisation from start to finish and stay on top of things properly. Seems to be a chronic problem at our NSW events.
Cheers also to Jake for doing most of the work on the arena repairs for the event + transporting it, Dylon, Angus, Steve and Aaron for helping set up the arena and such + the later for making the trip down. Was good seeing you again

I took a few videos, by no means are these the most exciting fights, i just pulled the iphone out whenever i noticed no one else seemed to be filming, but i may be wrong and there may be better videos,
