plug a servo into the receiver and get the radio setup so they work as you would expect them to.. then plug the IBC back in and see how you go..

All glitches sorted out now!!
Took it for a test drive today and it went very very well.
Runtime "wasent timing" about 12mins+ and batterys were hot but not too hot but bear in mind it was running longer than 3mins and it was a hot! day.
Speed fast enoughf rolled around a 10kg pace o wood like a tiolet roll And range no shit was about 20 meters!!!!!.
Things i have to work on now are
Fix the wedge so it dosent lift the front wheels up when it rams into something and mount the ibc secure so it dosent short on anything as a tetlie tee box is only a tempoary housing _________________ Tim Team Reaper.

nick and jeff could probably chide in here,
but i believe nick just sunk 3 screws through the hub into the wheel, but i dont think his are press fit.
failing that i would just apply some epoxy or loctite onto the hub, as long as you dont need to take the wheel off again. _________________ www.demon50s.com - Minimoto parts

Well had another test run today and batts are barly warm so it must have been the hot day when i first tested them.
The screws that hold the wheels on are too long and allow the wheels to unscrew about 3mm so ill shorten them a bit.
And prob put some screws into the hubs to hold them onto the wheels better to fix the other problem of the wheels sliding off the hubs. _________________ Tim Team Reaper.

More information ?
If the hubs are stuck to the drills, try getting a pair of those cheap crimp pliers to hold the drill shaft with while you unscrew. They will usually fit in the gap _________________ Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people

If the locking screws can be removed, remove them, then power up the bot and slam it full forward to full reverse to full forward a few times, usually works for me, if not, then do what Brett suggested. _________________ Jeff Ferrara

Some new developments on hell razer today!
I now have 20mm uhmw side bumpers that run all the way across both sides and the back of the bot.
Allso i have fixed the wedg so it is well "fixed" so it dosent push down on the floor and lift the front wheels of the floor!
Will put new pics on my web site asap but for now i am busy working on it.
As for the colsens i got them all off and put some grees on the thread so it is a little more easy to get them off next time but i just have to make sure the screw is done up tight now.
I sat two bits o wood eather side of the colsen and got a bit o dowel and a hammer and punched the hub out of the colsens then got a pair o pliers and unscrewd the hub as the gearbox was for somereason tight enoughf not to moov when i turned the hub which is unusaul but when i put the colsen back on the hub the shaft turned fine so whatever
I drilled 4 holes into the flange and put small threw it and into the colsen
Heres a pic with two screws but later on i decided to put another two just to be sure while i had it all apart>
