Well I can't make it on Sunday coz I'm working and its pretty hard to change shifts with less than a week notice.

My suggestion is we stick with Saturday. Angus if you and Glen want to still do something on Sunday that's cool. I just wanted to be involved in the decision making.

Jake you said Sunday is probably best for you. Does that mean you can't do saturday or sunday is better?

Well how about midday on Saturday for planning and a PnP run? Not trying to ruin the boating for you Angus or exclude you, just think we should get this all sorted ASAP. Sorry Sad

Yeah I like those agenda ideas.

Under the rules heading I think we should decide on a system for the rounds. Ie round robin/tree and stick with it through the year. I think the general consensus is round robin works well for the smaller numbers.

Also under promotion, I would like to raise some ideas that Lindsay and I came up with on our 11 hr drive back. Damn Melb traffic. Punt road should be renamed C#NT road. Basically regarding some production ideas.

Very Happy before sat can we all get a robot count and chat to those who cant make the meeting. knowing who is building to compete will be helpful in some decision making
NB could everyone PM their contact details to me so we can get all members contactable, mobile and landline is enough
someway of recording or documenting decisions should be organised .
who knows shorthand ?????? lol

Andrew:
I think what Chris meant was who out there has either got a robot/ or building one intending to run in the season. Not who wants to bring along one.

Basically just a head count of likely people to turn up to events. I guess the real questionable people out there are Andrew (dumhed) and Nick (grassy), and possibly a few of the other new people that have popped their head into the forums recently.

Oh yeah Nick, another item for the agenda. Some sort of welcoming plan/ first contact person to engage the noobs and keep them informed until an event comes along.

Sat looks good to me. Smile
I can be around Sun. if need be, otherwise I will be off, parts shopping!

Chris, do you still have those MDF side boards ready? Is the offer for some flouros still open?
We really need to arrange another arena repair day. It will suck in this weather, but there needs a lot of grindin, bashin and weldin.

I am well into building a new Axecutioner, El B can wait for now. Iwant to get into sharing around some real pain and suffering Twisted Evil

Andrew K. Sorry, I know I am overdue to call you but I am back at work now and we can arrange that Baxter tour!
