it runs a high compression low rpm (low for a two stroke about 6000 rpm) machuloch chain saw engine

Vertex has used the same chainsaw motor for the hydraulic designs, 3 phase alternator motor design and the current hybrid drive design (ICE motor powering Alternator, charging batteries, driving 4HP electric motors...

Anti-lock Braking System

Used on newer cars to operate the ABS Brakes. I dont know the details, but I assume it is a form of hydraulic pump that can have its pressue output controlled by the computer so the pressure applied to the brakes can be pulsed to stop the wheels locking up while your average panic-stricken driver jams his foot on the floor in an emergency.

4-5HP to drive it... If your chasing a power steering pump, I think I have one up the back shed. An XD/XF Falcon one...
