Chris, any chance of 16.2m ( 3x5.4) x 380mm mdf to cover the side walls?
We were talking about putting sacrificial timber over the steel walls to protect them.

i have either 6 @ 2.4 x 380 or 8 @ 2.4 x 300 the sheets are 2400x1200 x 16mm
i was thinking that 300mm would be high enough if the top 80mm is showing i reckon it should still be ok Very Happy

no why is that ,the steel is for strength if we cover the steel it will last forever ,but if we trash it we have no more to replace them Very Happy

yeha untill some one like jeff f comes along with a bot with pushier lighter more drives and takes out the whole lot because it wants to put its head on the soft timber pillows instead of watching out cause diving off the roof onto tiles hurts (very bad analagy but meh buy a deck of cards and deal with it Razz)

Chris,
the 8 @ 2.4 x 300 would be great. the hight is not critical, as long as we can cover 3 walls at 5.4m each.
Thanks! Very Happy

Sorry, no push out zone, but if your`e aponent agrees, we could take out the centre tile and give you a pit to work with.

The front wall is up and all the panels back in place.
Just a couple of small jobs left I will do during the week.

Chris, if possible, could you bring along the timber on Sat. morning and it should only take a couple of minutes to install.
