Chairs are always good, how about a couple of cheap fans to mount at the front of the arena to keep us cool? The arena could use some more welding and reinforcing on the sides - I saw that a panel on the LHS was pretty loose.

Sorry i couldnt be there, first combat event i missed which i was a lil bummed bout but was worth it.

@Nick, that sucks to hear bout jolt and what happened etc, least you can get it sorted now and tear em up in brisbane.

@Glen, congrats man, both your bots did very well, nice work. always knew they were top contenders.

@Chris, congrats on second place, how u always build a robot out of wood even and still do so very well just amazes me, sorry i couldnt catch up with u and that also. Hope your business is going well also and cant wait to seeyall next builders meet or event etc.

The melee probably won't be up before mid-week. I used Prong's HD cam and he will be dropping it over to me for editing & upload maybe Tuesday. It's worth waiting for - easily the best melee we have ever had

pffft I had smoke in that melee, so good and bad!

hehe I probably should have actually had a look at my bot before the melee. I just left it in there after the final battle and nothing had much of a chance to cool down.
I had a lot of loose and missing screws after the melee!
