I have a few 235mm saws, plus a few 200mm ones. Several different 'unique' tooth shapes and types of saw blades. I have a kurfing saw, rip saw, carving saw and a fine machine saw.

What r the copper coils inside the motor for?

Would the motor go better without them?

they reduce interference coming from the motor.

basically the same sort of effect as winding the motor leads around a ferrite core.

it would work with the same power and that but im guessing it would belch out more noise.

just tested that bosch fan motor after i cleaned it,

runs at about 5.67 amps as soon as i put it back together but after 5 minutes of run in it was down to 4.65 amps.

seems like a good motor and i intend on using it with a 1:1 belt drive for something. yes thats it Smile

I would say no.

Id go with a pair of 12v bunnings xu1 drills for drive motors for your first bot.
