No, He's talking about a particularly useful little chip for bot Builders called a Pic-Axe, which is programmed in a simplified form of Basic.

The best place to get started is the Revolution Education Site (www.picaxe.com), the makers of the PicAxe.

The first tutorial sheet you should read is here
http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/docs/axe002_tutorial.pdf

Then the guide to the rest of the documents is here
http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/docs/axe002_tutorial.pdf
http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/picaxe/data_index.htm

The full list of all the available documents is here
http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/docs/

and the general picaxe page
http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/picaxe/

and finally, the picaxe forum
http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/picaxe/forum/forum.asp?forum_id=19&forum_title=PICAXE+Forum

After you've ploughed through that lot, if you have any specific questions, ask away and I'll see if I can help
