Though there was only 5 bots, jolt made the whole thing alittle more interesting! lol i learnt ali really sucks and especialy 2mm tread plate!
Beatles were fun, and even though my motors stalled when nick rode up onto my bot, the ti bar was awsome, taking alot of hits and staying attached!

Retread got a bye in round 2 and went straight to the final?

i believe that was the case, because roadkill got the bye first time round so instead of having a 3 way melee retread went to the finals and roadkill fought jolt. Angus and i can only recall retread fighting twice

was kind of a wierd draw with only 5 competing.

btw jeff if nobody gets that outboard motor out the back, save the propellor for me

That was an excellent day! My thanks to everyone who attended, specially Andrew for helping me out in the pits

I really was not expecting Jolt to go more than one or two battles, so it was even more of a buzz to win the event. Jolt was pretty badly beaten up after the last event and I only did basic repairs. The fight with Retread was unexpectedly tough and Jolt took more external chassis damage in one match than in the whole season; its the first time the Ti wedge has been seriously cut.

I am not sure of the points for winning & placing, does anyone have the latest points score?
