ok.
Postpone the event.

.....I was going to mention that storms are forecast for this weekend, and I can't run extension leads over a wet backyard Crying or Very sad ....

So is it going to be in 2 weeks time???
The November event is the 20th, so we shouldn't push back the date too far..

Sorry guys, I can't read a calender. Our band compitition is on the 30th but for the last 2 months I've been thinking of the 23rd. Any chance it can be moved to the 6th?
