Laughing Just make Mitch a new bot as a present - all sorted! I can make it the weekend after (30/07/2005) but not the weekend before.

Just letting you guys know that i've now got two spy cameras (not wireless).l One is colour and audio (not great picture though), and the other is Black n White with audio (very sharp image). I'll bring them along to the build day. I think these will allow some awsome shots like birds eye view and rear view (to get those shots that you can't get usualy. They need a slave vcr or tv to connect to, as well as a 9v adapter. Smile

The cameras worked great and we installed and tested the RC cam. Worked pretty well, just needs some bolt tightening and a remote microphone.
The small cams will go high up in one corner for a wide as possible view and one at floor level that runs across the front of the inner poly screen on a motorised track,,,, ok that last part I just thought up but its a top idea! Wink

Jolt will be nastier this time, with a heavier weapon bar - count on that front bumper of yours getting even more chopped up Razz !

Are we definitely going for the weekend after the original date? Its fine by me - I just need to book a day off on the Friday before the event.

Well, scratching my twackbot (which was becoming just a weak and annoying pile of <swearword>, I think i may be making a tread clone (hope you don't mind lindsay! Laughing ) I'll be off to Tmart tomorrow to see of they have changed the tires of either a very small car or a motorbike! Smile

So who's going into the beetle rumble? I've given up on making a feather for this event, sorry. Sad (but i hope my beetle is running!)
I also (with the extra time on my hands) can make a servo-capgun mech and maybe some circular saw beetle arena obstical. Very Happy PYROTECNIC CLAPPER!
