Bad news guys; The second video tape from Angus's friend (can't recall his name) is completely screwed Crying or Very sad. I get the last event's video overlayed with a bit of this event - completely unwatchable!

At least the videos will take much less time to make Wink. If anyone wants to volunteer their tape - particularly the melee - I would pick it up and return it...

Yeah, his sebastian (just call him seb). Damn with the tapes... Sad i wasnt actualy looking when the axe blew off in the rumble... damn.
So for the next comp i'm getting in early so i can fully test everything and get it all ready BEFORE the day. Smile At the moment it looks like either a multibot with seb or the original roadkill design (300w motor for drive Twisted Evil ), as jeff proved to me that those drill controlers can power them without blowing up. Smile And i've taken glens advise, WEAPONS SUCK (well, saws do anyway) and are alittle out of my league at the moment.

So, who took photo's ? could you post them please? Smile

here are 7 fresh battle clips for your enjoyment:

Jolt vs Kang (hi-res only) http://203.221.217.82/Jolt_V_Kang.wmv

A short but savage battle, where both bots have radio problems and Glen recieves the hit of the day (Sorry 'bout that, I had no idea the ali would bend)

Atrax vs Axterminator (hi-res only) http://203.221.217.82/Atrax_V_Axe_H.wmv

Jeff strikes with surgical precision!

Atrax vs Speedhump (hi-res 24Mb) http://203.221.217.82/Atrax_V_hump_H.wmv

Atrax vs Speedhump (Low-res) http://203.221.217.82/Atrax_V_hump_L.wmv

Prong reveals his cool new in-line 4WD bot and it rocks!

Atrax vs Plan B (hi-res only) http://203.221.217.82/Atrax_V_PlanB.wmv

Mitch outlasts the Planners

Orbit vs Plan B (hi-res only) http://203.221.217.82/Orbit_V_PlanB.wmv

Orbit beats up the arena and Plan B, in no particular order Laughing

Cataclysm vs Plan B (hi-res only) http://203.221.217.82/PlanB_V_Cataclysm.wmv

Jeff's giant bash bar can't stop Plan B

Cataclysm vs Tread (hi-res 24Mb) http://203.221.217.82/Tread_V_Cataclysm_H.wmv

Cataclysm vs Tread (low-res ) http://203.221.217.82/Tread_V_Cataclysm_L.wmv

A great pushy match with a surprise ending. possibly the best pushy match I have ever seen!

Final Melee (hi-res 39Mb) http://203.221.217.82/melee_H.wmv

Final Melee (low-res) http://203.221.217.82/melee_L.wmv

The one you have all been waiting for; complete madness !

Apologies again for the single camera angle, the offending video tape has been ground to a pulp. Hope you like the tarted-up intro with sound Smile .

Sorry to be negative here but this is something that realy annoys me.
When filming a robot fight DO NOT ZOOM IN !! You just end up spending half the time looking at a blank piece of floor.

I think seb does that, i'll tell him not to next time, however it must be noted that if using two cameras, zooming in can sometimes capture some awsome close up shots. Smile A BIG thanks to Nick for getting the videos up 3 days later Shocked
Awsome. Smile
