If u finish at 3 u would have enough time to make, maybe evcen 4ish.
U would have to be ready from the night b4 but.
Being the first fight of the season it should be pretty casual so u should be able to make it.
I plan on having proper reception. Mwa ha ha ha Mwa ha ha

Our opening round of the Victorian Titles will be held at ...

"Outerlimits entertainment center" in Rye Victoria . 2211 Point Nepean Rd to be exact .

Our host Daniel has named the arena "the junkyard"

It will be a double elimination system - but NOT including the Final !
Due to the unusual sheduling problems with "double elimination" there will probably be some random draw bye's , and you will NOT be allowed to have two bye's - much will be determined by the actual entries on the day

The start time will be after 6pm on Saturday 19th March 2005
Depending on the actual amount of robot entries the finish time will be around 8 pm. This will be the first points scoring event and records for teams , drivers , and robots will be kept . This could be the easiest round of the year , and give all who attend a boost towards the state title.

A nominal entry fee will be payable - similar to "sidetracked".

Outerlimits is a "entertainment center" , presently under renovation but most of their resourses are presently consumed with finishing the arena , Outerlimits is located within site of the beach in Rye - with food and other services in the immediate area . The "junkyard" arena is approx 7m x 8m with a slightly raised floor and is constructed mainly of double walled MDF and 10mm Lexen . Public entry is free

There are 8 in total events planned for this year - but some of the dates are still to be confirmed . Four events are planned for "Sidetracked" and Four are planed for Rye , so keep your robot running .

Any team having problems getting to Rye are welcome to "ride" with me .
"Outerlimits" are still finishing the arena , but it was inspected a few days ago and it will be complete in time .

photos of "the junkyard" are on the public gallery .

Sorry for the late warning - but we do the best we can .

Both mine ( Vincent ) and Brett's ( inspector General II) are presently in pieces - so we have as much trouble and work as you do .

More info will come

Enjoy

Moth
