I also have all the calculation on a spread sheet now, but its still pretty manual calculations as I havn't really use Excel before. _________________ Get Some!!!

Umm, I think we got each other confussed here.
Your round 1 = my Marayong 4
I need that dates, but I should be able to pull them out of other threads. The dates are important as the order I do the calculations changes the scores. And I'll scrounge through the old forum database and see if I can find the results for Marayong 5 (round 2) and Marayong 6 (round 3).
Thanks for the resluts. _________________ Get Some!!!

I was just checking out the old ABBL forum to get the date and found this. It doesn't quite match your Marayong 5 results. _________________ Get Some!!!

I have finnished with the scores and now have the results. Unfortuantly its in HTML format and I no longer have a website. But heres the top 10 robots.
Here are some interesting facts from the table:
1. Ispector General finnished RoboWars II with more points then Plan B even though Plan B won the event
2. This system works on the odds of one robot beating another.
3. The biggest upset wins according to the numbers were,
-Scoopy Doo beating Cobra at RoboWars II (delta = 31.45369)
-Ballistic beating Cobra at Robowars II (delta = 30.5113)
-Annihilation beating Hellbringer X at Metal Mayhem 5 (delta = 30.1697)
-Plan B beating El Bravo at Marayong 9 (delta = 29.9434)
-Sorry beating El Bravo at Marayong 5 (delta = 29.82222)
4. The wins that wern't at all suprising according to the numbers were,
-Cobra beating Arachnophobia at RoboWars II (delta = 22.96786)
-Sorry beating Plan B at Marayong 9 (delta = 23.57023)
-Cobra Beating Ballistic at RoboWars II (delta = 23.64561)
-El Bravo beating Annhilation at RoboWars II (delta = 23.72925)
-Haemorrhage beating TSNG at RoboWars II (delta = 23.77904)
Now there is one thing I must point out before people start complaining. This system only works for one-on-one fights. This means I couldn't include any of the melees (one reason why The Aggressor is at a surprising Position 45 even though it has 100% win ratio in Melee's) and I couldn't include the fights from the Annihilator, which is why Arachnophobia is at position 36 on the table and Pinscher is at position 27 even though these robots did rather well at that paticular compititions. _________________ Get Some!!!

those results look pretty accurate to me, seems to cover most aspects well,
Are you willing to maintain a score for the Metal mayhem/ house of carnage qld competition? _________________ Steven Martin

Yep, I can keep updating a Queensland score and a National score. I have the National one set up as a HTML (just a table) with rank, score, robot, total fights, win/lose ratio and last event attended. I can give it to someone if they want it.
Do you want the Queensland one to start from the beginning of the year? _________________ Get Some!!!

What would we do with out you two
National and QLD scores sounds great to me. I wouldn't mind seeing what formulae you've used in excel. _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/
