Working on that..
Initial discussions with SideTracked regarding the Arena are sounding promising. It may be setup permanently if some ideas they are kicking around come off, which would make it much easier to hold more frequent events.
More info should materialise in the next week or so.. _________________ Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people

the arena would be a good place to set up a radio control dodgem / racing cars kind of thing.
I've seen a couple of places with something like that and it seemed to work. _________________ The Engine Whisperer

How is the Victorian calendar set for the beginning of July? We are trying to set a mutually convenient for all states to come to our Annhilator event and so far, I think July 1 looks promising as there are school holidays in all the eastern states. The other date in July is the 15th to replace one of the HoC events. _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

Probably. I'm not prepared to commit to that 9 months before it happens
You never know what will happen between now and then, but I presently cant see any reason why not provided life doesnt spring any unexpected surprises on me..
Why are you thinking about it now ? _________________ Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people

Ah ok... Just a little irritated my week of half yearly exams are during the week or robowars (interlap most accuratly)... So just sorting myself nice and early for the next major interstate event! _________________ ( •_•)
Just thinking that a builders meeting before too long might be nice, it would be good to catch up with those who couldn’t make it to Brisbane.
You would all be welcome to visit us in Geelong for a change, I would be happy to help with any welding or small machining jobs etc. Perhaps Brett could bring the tapes of the Ideas event. Any thoughts?

No desperate hurry, just be nice to have something planed to work towards. We wont to get Bulldoze going for UltiBot’s and thinking about the state series, which depends a lot on what Brett and Daniel are up to.
I don’t think I have anything special coming up any weekend soon, all the car shows were on in the run up to Brisbane.

Mel and I are busy for a couple of weekends..
After putting most of our recent spare time into organising the last event, I'm looking forward to doing some non bot-related stuff for a while.. I'll get back to you when we're available. _________________ Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people

Hey Andrew. Have just been doing a fair bit of work on Pod lately.
Pod has had some major improvements and panel updates and has been taking my focus away but its really coming together noice.
Pod seems to have decided it wants to be the body of a Walker Bulldog. _________________ Bots that do not destroy you, only make you stronger.
