Then if you think its good enough buy it and convert it... however i believe anything with akaman (shpelling?) steering is unsuited to robots due to the fragility. I'll see if we can get a vid of my hacked dancing car today... it was $15 well spent. tank drive too! _________________ ( •_•)
ants should be able to have whatever u want as long as its within the weight limit _________________ WHEN YOU GO TO COURT YOU'RE TRUSTING YOUR FATE TO TWELVE PEOPLE

I don't know why people fuss so much over antweights, their too small and cost too much to make a proper one. lol build a beetle! _________________ ( •_•)

hey my schools doing like a FULL ON robotics course before actually building the robot and one of the criteria is we all have to build minature robots around 600 grams and i was wondering if that would fit into ant weight (cause i know im gunna whoop everyone in my team) cause i dont want it to be a wasted project
im making mini speed controllers out 6v relays and diodes and its gunna have a flipper and maybe ruber-band tank tracks and an aluminium shassis _________________ WHEN YOU GO TO COURT YOU'RE TRUSTING YOUR FATE TO TWELVE PEOPLE

what the hell?
make it 545g or whatever 16oz translates into, thats close enough. well seeing as tho there is 1 antweight (iirc the keros turned one of theres into a flipper beetle?) i dont think anyone will care that much lol. _________________ www.demon50s.com - Minimoto parts

not sure... you could use it as half a multibot in the beetle class. as i said, there's not really any proper antweights in aus at this time... wish my school did something like that! _________________ ( •_•)
I was considering making a bunch of miniture antweight around the 200g mark for a mini soccer type thing for all my mates and i to play when we are drunken and disorderly at movie nights _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

Since there are always new guys (even the ones who have been building a while):
Sozbot = 16oz = 453.6g
Never did manage to get a robot under that weight limit that I was truly happy with.
And also

is worth a look for motors, wheels and batteries and they have some nice/small motor controller chips that will go well with a picaxe. The prices are in Canadian dollars so are close to Aussie money and the shipping is usualy resonable with the lightweight orders. _________________ Get Some!!!
