Well so far i have made some more 12v battery packs so i have two lots o batterys for I C U.
Allso today i orderd some bearings for the saw blade and brought a 15 tooth sproket for the blad to go with the 9 tooth i atached to my ev last knight using the orig pin and drilling a slot into the sproket for the pin to slide into and put a sir clip on the end of the shaft where there is a ring for one.
Allso dropped a car scossor jack thread and my AME ww motor into a eng shop to get it welded onto the motor shaft or use a steel tube to attach it to make it stronger as it might not be able to be welded as the thread and motor shaft are two diff types o steel. For my 4wheel drive light weight lifter.
What gear ratio would a 9 tooth sproket to a 15 tooth sproket be? _________________ Tim Team Reaper.

Well iv worked out i have a 1.6-1 reduction on my saw blade so that will give me a 3750rpm blade when the pack gives out 24v but when fully charged im getting about 30v
Sat up all knight last night making some more 24v packs and hoping glen can get me some 260mm heatshrink from MI as 160 wont fit and 260 is the next thing up.
will get out with angle grinder today and mod the saw blade so it can dig in further and look for a half inch drill bit to drill the bore out bigger on the blade sproket.
Got nicks ev mounts yesty mmm soldiness an have been workin out where to put em.
Will keep you posted _________________ Tim Team Reaper.

Well i have decided that 3 smaller blades about the size of the scooter wheels is the go.
This way i can put more into armor and have a invertable and stronger more compact bot.
Will go down to bunnings this fri and get a 3 pack o saw blades and then start cutting all steel parts and maybe buy a new better welder.
Will keep you posted. _________________ Tim Team Reaper.

Well as a new event has come up and i have no new bot yet i will be pulling hell razer out of retirement "lol yes just like the other tim is doing" and making a few mods.
The first mod will be bye bye to the wedge and hello to a undercutting saw blade on the front.
The other mods will be things such as new top plate made of ali and spikes coming out the back and maby some more cells to make the blade 24v not sure yet. _________________ Tim Team Reaper.

Well i have fitted hell razer 2's saw blade and painted the top a funky fluro red orange whatever color and will paint the weapon bracket the same when i get a chance next as its raining now
The scews that hold the blade on are slightly touching the floor and making nice dug in swirl marks so i hope the junkyard dosent mind some nice patterns on there floor
Any one know where or if i can get some screws that will fit but dont have as bigger heads on them? _________________ Tim Team Reaper.

You could try countersinking the screws i do tht with some of my bots .. just get a dril that is slightly bigger dia then the head of the screw and carefully drill into a depth of the screw head.that way the head sits into the bigger hole and sits flush with the surface .as long as your base is thick enough to do it that way.

Well i wired up a power switch last knight as i thought it may be handy
Allso put a 50 ampo breaker in to protect the victors.
Made new weapon bracket and painted it today as the old one was made so the blade was half under the bot but that cuased problems with the blade rubbing on the ground and on the bottom of the bot.
All thats left now is to fit victors and esc im hoping to borrow of george as i dont have a weapon controlle yet or battery for the reciever so the esc george has that i swapped him a while back has a built in bec so no kneed for a reciever pack. _________________ Tim Team Reaper.

Well i have sorted out a weapon controlle WHOOPIIEE!!
Will have to do welchers trick and put a spring on the servo just to stop it twitching.
I used a 110volt 20amp switch to turn on a plan b style motor and saw blade so at 12v it should work for at least one event i hope lol
I was surprised at how well it worked _________________ Tim Team Reaper.
