I opened up four more slots. For reserves I will just update the top post with a list next week.

Hi Guys,

Only a month to go. I am going to be checking in on builders and their progress. As the quota of robots is full I would really like to see robot progress so we can shuffle out those who aren't going to make it and give the reserves a spot.

Get building

Just checking, but putting the link in a cavity on the underside so I have to kick it over to turn it off is ok, right?

Its highly preferred to have it on the top. But would depend on the weapon of the bot.

If we are talking the spring powered flipper which may have flipper loaded when you need to kick it over onto flipper to remove link then I would say thats a bad idea from a safety perspective.

You could put 2 links in, one on the top one on the bottom perhaps?

Total Recoil the spring flipper will have it on the side but Flamin Heck the 360 degree lifter has it underneath, so I'm thinking that's probably ok.

Steve: the email mentioned power links rather than switches. Is it still OK to have Wyhachi style switches or do we have to replace them with links?

Thanks to all who have sent through their photos & robot info. I will be working through them over the weekend.

For anyone who saw the saga that was me forever giving up on Moshtix hopefully we will get that sorted soon.
