Considering selling custom cast wheels.

I am considering selling custom polyurthane wheels for 150g, 1lb, & 3lb bots and would like to ask all of you what wheel sizes you would be interisted in.

I can machine wheels up to ~3"

The wheels I make have similar tread to the green (30A) Banebots wheels
(They are also lighter weight)

The hubs are either going to be made of 6061 aluminum or Nylon and the Tread has a hole in it for adjusting the setscrew.

I have used the 1 3/8" sized wheels in several competitions and they hold up quite nicely in fact I'm still using my original set.

All wheels have 1/2" tread width

Here are the sizes I am considering offering
Prices would be ~$7-8 per wheel with discounts for quantity

1"
1.25"
1.375"
1.5"
1.625"
1.75"
2.0"
2.25"

If there is interist I can do other sizes.

I have no problems making custom sizes. I need to make a mold for each size and polish it so there would be a minimum order of say 8 wheels. That way I can pay for the cost of the mold.

Here are some examples of wheels I've made.

Heres a small wheel I made for my 150g drum spinner.

Here's the one I use on my 1lb robot. so far they have made it thru 3 competions with little damage. Because the rubber is soft it tends to flex instead of cut.

I am currently talking to a few screw machine manufacturers so I can get hubs made in bulk.
