Scooter Motor Planetary Gearsets

Some of you have probably seen the 4:1 planetary gearsets available for the that can be connected to the Scooter motors. Tonight I decided to strip one down to bear components to see what they look like.

Just thought I'd share this in case anyone is interested in them

I'm not sure of the module size, at a guess it would be 0.8MOD, but I can't really say without verifying with a tooth gauge.

Amount of teeth, inner diameter, and you're on a good way to know.

Also, mod .8 is nearby DP32. Is there any imperial dimension or is it all metric?

Actually, I was wrong. The 20T sun gear has a ~16.40mm OD, the 28T planet gear has a ~21.90mm OD and the 76T ring gear has a ~55.40mm ID. The closest pitch I can match is a 0.75MOD, where a 20T is 16.50mm OD, but it doesn't match with a 28T which is 22.50mm OD. I can't find anything within ~0.1mm OD of these gears Sad

It might be a bastard child, but surely there is some form of documentation on that bastardised standard and replacement parts can be purchased or made to match Razz
