Yeah still no answer, with less than a week till the proposed date and very little thread interest let's just scrap it... can reorganise for a date in Jan that suits people (if we can ever get hold of Jeff). Rolling Eyes

That way Catastrophe will be able to compete Very Happy

I concur. Any objections?

Shall we keep the date for a BBQ or whatever then?

TO THE WORKSHOP

*slides down batpole*

Well i've got this Sat free and the rest of this year is busy weekend-wise.

Shall we propose an alternate venue for this Sat or postpone till Jan?

EDIT: Damn it Jaemus! Laughing

What other location do you propose? Smile Make sure it's accessible for useless folk like myself. Cool

Laughing Or a domestic dwelling would be suitable also!

So how bout this;

Bicentennial Park @ Sydney Olympic Park

http://maps.google.com.au/maps?q=-33.846748,151.08134&hl=en&ll=-33.84693,151.081356&spn=0.00744,0.013937&num=1&t=h&z=17

It's got heaps of space, parking, BBQ's, and train stations nearby.

I've been there before and it was pretty cool Smile

12pm for lunch, will be providing some snags, drinks, bread etc for anyone who was a financial member in 2011 out of the petty cash box Smile (no one paid up this year!). Everyone else BYO BBQ + bring anything else you need either way.

The above google maps link should have a green arrow indicating the north side BBQ's - I suggest we meet there

Can I get some indication of numbers so as to cater properly pls?
