Was a great day, loved the location and had a tonne of fun.
Big thanks to the Martin family for their epic efforts as usual, their support and contribution makes kick ass events like this possible.

Here's my collection of snap shots from today.

RageQuit ready for combat.


Jule's new robot, Ringo Scar



Judge Mental ready to fight. Many robots were 'Judged' today....


Damage to Vendetta after being 'Judged



Judge Mentals bar with a bend and twist after applying big hits on Vendetta's wedge.


Stevo's foam wheels on 3d printed hubs worked well till the adaptors spun on the hubs, so a few well placed screws and it was fixed!


RageQuit after being judged, along with the band aid I added to fix it



Big warp and twist of RageQuit's chassis after judgement...



RageQuit had been pulling about 3500mAh out of it's 4S 4500mAh pack, and I couldn't charge it fast enough for the rumble, so I threw in a 6S 2200mAh out of Schmackhed. It lasted 2mins before this happened...



The pack was 40-50C rated, so it should have been good for 80-110Amps, but I think the winch motors might have been pulling a little more then that Razz

Ahh gotta love sawblades. They're seriously the perfect hardness. Strong as hell but soft enough to bend. I think Aaron wins this for the duct tape wheel. Thats quite beautiful in a way XD

I wasn't very motivated to film any fights yesterday. But the sun came out and the two best robots were loaded into the arena so I had to get some slow motion video of the floor being destroyed.
We should have robot fights in the sun more often.

Ha great slow mo action Daniel!!!..loving the vid at 2.20 mark...I think I have that piece of Rage Quit's tyre..he he Very Happy

Will start getting the vids we have uploading. I think we only got about 7 or so, we were just to unorganised to get them all.

@ Aaron ....good work wit the photos from the day..they maybe the only pics of Ringo Scar we have without dents etc. he he

@Phillip..yeah there were heaps of people ...lots were asking questions and the kids loved it..he he ..hopefully we get a new builder or two out of it for the nationals.

@ Glen..love the ghetto award!
