OK 31st then. Pauline from Ipswich Art Gallery is going to come along and have a look at the event so it would be good to put on a good show. I might ask Lemming about going in and getting some of the feather arena setup before hand.

Featherweights $10 entry fee. Antweights $5 Pls. Beeltes no fee at this stage as we probably wont have enough for a comp.

Looking forward to it. Almost 4 months off.... it has been too long.

I may look at donating a few prizes as well, and printing some trophies.

Invite Only: Not open to general public but if builders have anyone they want to bring along let me know.
What to bring: Robots!, power lead, power boards, table.
What we will have access to: Space, lots of general tools.

Entry Fees: $10 Feathers, $5 ants, beetles free

What do we need to fix/change?
- Aaron the Time
- Myself the Antweight Timer and pit. Floor needs a sand.
- We should also look at how we can put a banner around the arena strip

Did we want to setup the floor and everything? Roof/shade cloth will have to go up if we run spinners but thats not too much effort.

If anyone wants CO2 I am happy to let people fill off my cylinder.

Botbitz parts will be available, hopefully we have new stock by then.

Coz I'm totally opposed to setting up the fw arena for just Naked Turtle
I cannot get the feather timer done the way I want it, but I'll have something cooked up by then.

We have had to do an impromptu babysit tonight and we have to drop the "children" off in the morning, so we might be a bit late..if we mis arena setup we can do more arena dismantling to make up for it.
