OK So looking at our TODO list

Floor Timber - Ordered
Paint Panels - Not going to do
Paint Roof Beams - Done
Paint Floor - Next Weekend
Roof Washers - Done
Ant Floor - Waiting On steel
Ant New Side Pit - Waiting On steel
Secure Shade Cloth - Tested Needs extra straps added
Sand Polycarb - Done
Repair Polycarb - Need one plate
Feather Lights - Tried LED no dice need 4-8 Halogens
Ant Arena Lights - Will use LED + aarons LEDs round the edge
Cut down beams - Done
Bolt timbers to beams - Done
Test Polycarb under shade cloth - TODO
Timers Feather - Lemming Building driver board, Aaron building LEDs, I am doing software
Timer Ants - Ordered.


So we are making progress on things.

Hey guys for ant arena 1mm Stainless is proving a pain. Anyone got issues with 2mm Mild and just a no magnets ruling?

Me and Aaron got some more done on arena on the weekend. I will hopefully finish off as much as I can next weekend. Is anyone available on the 3rd to do a final setup to make sure everything is good to go.

Yeah we should be able to. we wanted to get the white board frame together...so can do that then.....I spoz we wont be able to set up the arena then, and leave it up till the event?

Don't think so, The arena is sort of in the middle of the hackerspace so would really be in the way. The hackerspace guys are also doing a clean up on the 4th so I will probably go along and give them a hand.

I am going to get timber and paint it this weekend. Will bring it back with me on Sunday.

We still need a few screws for the edges of the roof, we need to drill holes in the panels to allow bungee straps to hook into. I need to wash all those Poly sheets for the roof. And we need some lights, and some screws for the floor.

Having the arena set up for the last few days before the event should be ok.
