That should be fine barring the unexpected. We could always start earlier and do the quieter thing first and the metal cutting after 9am. _________________ So even the rain that falls isn't actually going to fill our dams and our river systems
Hmmm I got one of the 10W LED lights. Its disappointing. No where near bright enough. Will just stick to yellow halogens. _________________ Steven Martin

So from list below this is what I was thinking would be the sort of work flow. There is 3 separate tasks which we could be concurrently working on. While paint dries, ect ect.
#1 Panels
Remove polycarb from panels.
Repaint panel.
Remove and plastic remaining on polycarb
Bolt back on and sand down the edge of the polycarb
#2 Roof
Cut Ends of beams down
Remove all bolts
Paint Beams
Attach Bolts+washers
Cut up wood beams
Screw wood to beams
#3 Shade cloth
Sew around the sheets joining them together
Sew a Strap at each wall post
#4
Assemble and test everything.
From TODO list:
Paint Panels
Paint Roof Beams
Secure Shade Cloth
Sand Polycarb
Repair Polycarb
Cut down beams
Bolt timbers to beams
Test Polycarb under shade cloth
Things we need to acquire:
Washers
Straps for shade cloth
Paint
Few bolts. _________________ Steven Martin

Grinder with wire brush attachment. For cleaning up some of the panels.
Maybe some rags to try and wipe off some of the crap on the panels as we paint them.
Drills, we have quite a few holes to drill and screws to put in (phillips head)
Spanners, ratchets, socket, shifter.... Removing polycarb ect.
Wood saw
Ah thats all I can remember at the moment will post anything else as I remember it.
Also I acquired 19 sheets of 16mm MDF through dads trade account.
UPDATE!: HSBNE is receiving lots of pallet racking tonight so may not have the space to do this work

I have mine too which I used last time. Shade cloth is actually pretty easy to sew its just man handling the thing. I have some thick thread which I will find. Worst case scenario I will probably drop by the space grab the shade cloth and try and do that at home.
I still haven't heard from lemming what the status of the available space is. I will post here sometime tonight + msg relevant people about it.
Webcam @ HSBNE shows lots of activity. I haven't heard anything from Lemming yet.

POST HERE
as soon as I know something so check before you go to bed or in the morning.
If you are intending on coming round. I will try and do a bit of work regardless but if shit is going to be in the way its probably worth waiting till next weekend as its a long way for everyone to drive to not really be able to do the job properly. (This might be the date you said you can't come phillip) Will have floor as well next weekend and Mum and Dad may come help out too. _________________ Steven Martin
