Antweight brushless motor and esc for an ant spinner?

Hi All
So whats a good place to start for an ant weight brushless motor and esc for a spinning ant weight?...my budget is $30 ish...so bottom of the barrel will do.

i'm thinking that might be the way to make some progress with my next ant.he he

Something to spin a 5omm blade maybe.
thanks

Turnigy 2204-14T for $8.99 is a pretty good motor - http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__6547__TURNIGY_2204_14T_19g_Outrunner.html - Kruger, Scarlet, Fury JR, Slice and a few other antweights run them

Turnigy Plush10 for $9.24 has proven to be a reliable ESC, I've never had an issue with them. Run great on 2-4S - http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__4204__TURNIGY_Plush_10amp_9gram_Speed_Controller.html

Although, if your just using 2S, the Turnigy Plush6 for $7.98 might be plenty for you - http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__4318__TURNIGY_Plush_6A_8bec_6g_Speed_Controller.html

Could you hack a C2028 Micro brushless Outrunner 1400kv so that it has a dead shaft? Could you put a bearing set into the outer of the motor?

Just thinking of how I would build a drum, but probably won't do it.

what about embedding a bearing into the support on the far end. It would probably be an easier option than trying to put it into the bell unless you wanted to turn a custom bell and glue in magnets I really don't think its possible.

You could replace the shaft with a longer one and then just add a small bearing in the support on the other end. Or even turn down the bit where the prop is meant to mount and put a bearing over that.
