I have been thinking about making an arena timer system for a long time and thought I should actually start some discussion on what an arena timer should have.

Requirements
- Display Time
- Start/Finish Sound
- Pause/Hold
- Immobilisation Count out


So the way I would like to see this work is there would be 4 modules.

A REF module:
Controls start stop hold and count-out.

A DISPLAY module
Drives some form of display might be 7 seg, Projector, whatever.

2 DRIVER modules (optional)
These display a time for each of the drivers along with a button to Tap Out.

What other requirements would people like to see in a control system?
