What day? Not sure what I have on next weekend but will do my best to be there to help out.

Would be good to get all the panels cleaned up and bigger holes drilled in them. Can anyone else help with this......

Also did you want to do an announcement on mailing list lemming?

Steve

Sorry, meant to say Sunday next weekend. 26th of June.

I'll leave it up to you to do the announcement as it is your event.

Yes Sunday 26th. Well between the 4 of us and the other hackerspace guys who are willing to help we should be able to have a pretty good crack at getting things sorted for event next week.

TODO List
1. Clean Panels

2. Possibly Drill out all the holes so that fitting the panels together is easier.
3. If the hackerspace guys are willing we may setup arena and leave it for the week. I am sure lemming will post his thoughts on this here soon. Not a big issue setting it up on the day just might be easier if we are going to be stuffing round with panels.
4. If we set up arena we may discuss the proposed roof which Daniel may have finished drawing by Sunday.... Wink and the suggested modifications to the panels to remove the bots.

The first point is really the critical one but if we are making the effort to go and do this we might as well try and get as much done in one day as we can. See start of thread for arena things we need to do.

My plan was to set a weekend aside for doing roof/all other upgrades at next event. We probably don't need everyone to do it but handling panels is not something I can do alone.

Cheers

Steve

Can we clean the panels at the next event? It only took about 15 minutes for Lemming, Buzz, Alex and myself to clean 2.5 walls last time. (before the Windex ran out).

Cleaning them this Sunday would likely be a good idea though as we can do a proper clean not a complete rush job.

As for leaving the arena up for a week, I'd rather not. As we do use that area quite a bit these days.

NP was just a thought. It is quite large and sorta (OK really) in the way. Any pics of modifications to the floor?

So you have truly now out grown the corner?
