Antweight arena is about $150, probably worth putting in a claim for $500 though.

I have printed the forms. I will fill them in tonight. Do we need anything for the roof? Did the lights survive? I still have the original quotes and invoices.

Everything is gone but panels. Bolts, Straps lights, ect got thrown out.

Not sure what the exact state of polycarb is. Roof may be ok but needs a good clean. The panels look pretty scratched from being moved in flood then repeatedly afterwards and have been cleaned with I don't know what and have been out in direct sunlight for week or so.

Probably still ok but I think they should be replaced just to be safe considering they are the only barrier between the public.

Hi guys.
Who's busy on the 19th? I'm opening my place to some crazy robots builders who want to come and play with robots of any size and discuss what needs to be done to get the big arena ready. I'll have my ant arena ready for some fighting.

1 Batford st, Sunnybank.

If the dates no good I'll change it.

Also did anyone with a bit of spare time and a decent webcam want to setup a U-stream account so that we can broadcast the event live again.

I think 10 is the usual start time. I'll leave the gate beside the garage open.
I better repair Hellcat Jr and Vendetta tonight since I haven't touched them since november.

One of the ideas which came up on the weekend which I am interested in pursuing is regular monthly builder meets. Main idea would be to get together show off progress on robots. Maybe ant battles if its convenient.

I would be interested in doing this on say the first Thursday of every month? How does this sound to everyone. We could do it on the weekend but I think that during the week would be better for this sort of get together, and actual comp meets would be on the weekend.

I realize it will probably be only be me and daniel who are able to come along during the week but I think this would be the best time to try and get people to drop past.

Thoughts, ideas.

It is worth trying Thursday builder nights. New people may drop in for some building help.

How many featherweight events are there likely to be in a year? Both public and private.

hi Guys
Sounds good! Would this be at The Edge or at someones house? Although we have a nightmare-ish animation schedule, Im sure we will make it to most of the monthly meetings.
