To be fair the final was more like 'both are losers'. Laughing

Massive can take the big spinners more than any of the other robots, it gets let down on its compeditiveness against the faster and more wedgey wedges. Get that huge bar spinner going, you know you want to! Shocked

I sure do! The spinner design is evolving rapidly; just came up with an idea to wrap up all the electronics (2x BaneBots ESC, mixer and receiver) into a tiny package that can be shock mounted and is still low weight. Also changed to an all-steel weapon bar that's much lighter and spins faster. I'm not a big fan of high revving spinners, but the energy / weight ratio is hard to beat!

The holiday has taken a turn for the worse; after going to Universal's Halloween Horror event last night (absolutely amazing!), I have come down with a cold Mad. The next couple of days are going to be spent smashing CAD tutorials on the laptop - some beetleweight progress is inevitable!

hmm just took mine apart. one is fine internally, its just the cracked bushing thats making it grindy and the other had one stripped gear (the first one after the motor pinion). So no need to buy new ones for my next robot. yayy
