Tryinnng to start interest at uni... May have to go alternate route to get there though... Would be handy if the lasercutter didn't suck so hard or I would have finished my kitbots... _________________ ( •_•)
I am still tossing up roadtrip. I might throw together a beetle next week and I have 2 feathers which aren't really NSW ready but I really don't care I just want some fights.
Is it worth the effort and cost? I feel obliged to do it as I would really like to see you guys up here in November but I at least want it to be worth the trip. Btw did you ever get your TV promos done?

To be honest marto, it wouldn't be worth your while. I personally wish I could have made Nov, but will probably send up an antweight for someone else to drive/trash. I don't think anyone will see it as the whole 'you didn't invite me to your party so i'm not inviting you' rubbish... Battleshed's dudded this year, hopefully things will pickup. _________________ ( •_•)
I expressed interest earlier and was always intending to come if it looked like it was going to be good. I have just sort of seen the interest in the event taper off over the last few months.
Speaking of sending robots interstate... how interested would those who can't attend be in a fight by wire system? I reckon I am 50% of the way there. Or I can invest my motivation elsewhere and try to get some funding for interstate competitors maybe $50 or $100 for competing ..... Not much I know but I want more robots competing. _________________ Steven Martin

Massive will be at Battleshed, driven by Andrew. Its going to have a higher voltage pack and Andrew will try to knock up a steel front wedge. Here's hoping it doesn't get owned so badly!

I have alot of other stuff going on on saturday, mostly to do with trying to buy a house. I was copping alot of flak over this weekend as it was
but whatever. If its on sat there's a possibility I may not be able to make it but i understand if sunday is too difficult for everyone else.
PS. Get a car.
