Russell is at Glenbrook, 5 minutes up the M4 from penrith btw.
there be CnC mills and (manual) lathes and welders

well we could CnC weld I spose, just put the job on the table and go from there.

so....... Latest decision.

Put it back one week, two weeks? Just trying to sort out if anything pre-planned clashes thats all.

On the upside i should be able to finish them last 2 or 3 small jobs this weekend for the game and its working beautifully now.

can everyone commit to that with certainty Smile or ill have to break your legs, in a dance! XD

hopefully we can make it a well attended event Very Happy 2 weeks, plenty of time to build a robot or get some old ones going again Smile

indeed,

Minus lid plus mountings and some minor work to the wedge im good to go now

Will keep tinkering with her and do test drives so guaranteed everything will be good come game day.

We really need to hear from Chris on what hes upto these days and if he can make it as well as BORT and such, been quiet from them for some time

Yeah, I think 2 weeks is safer - the team at work seem to have NFI about fixing the problems!

just do Stealth V2 or smething, u have the parts ready to go, do a new frame but smaller and made of welded steel and ur set

lots of the parts have been spread all over the place now.
A smaller frame doesn't give the stability it'd need without a redesign of the mechanism, but eventually I will probably do a stealth 2 Smile
