That would be great.

Reckon I should put the location on there as well or is the web link enough?

Just get the final layout done as soon as you can and I'll drop them off when I pick up the copper. How many prints?

Yeh just print that one. Maybe 5 or 10. I think I will just do mostly black and white ones and put them around the place.

Well I was thinking maybe 30 - 40 B/W ones. I assume all of these are A4?

we got a letter from the government and I can confirm that the club exists but we are a bit behind in our paperwork. I will sort it out.

Updated first post^^

Did anyone have any comments on the registration system we used last year?

Also now that the NSW guys have a few beetles. Would anyone else be interested in building one? If there is enough interstate interest I might be able to cater for it but I am probably asking for trouble trying to co-ordinate 3 weight classes.

A few more things I think we need to add to the TODO list is a Timer for the battles. I am thinking some big LED 7 segment displays.

I think we also need to put our logo on the arena as well. Stencils? or anyone know a cheap vinyl printing place.

Steve

I can probably dig up the schematic for our clock controller if your interested.
~$30 - $40 in parts as i recall.
you could daisy chain a few displays off it too which could be beneficial

Yeh if you have it around, that would be good. Don't suppose it links into the battle computer?

I was also thinking that if we had a few then could have them counting down to next scheduled fight.

thats just the controller board,
the 400 blue LED's in it and all the other stuff cost a touch more ;->

It doesn't link to the battleputer though that was always planned.

Blue LEDs=$$$$$ I think I might stick to red.

Futurlec have red LEDs for $0.11. Or jaycar have 100x RED LEDs for $19 I would assume electus would be cheaper.

How many LEDs are on each clock?
