interesting how scissorhands hurls itself around so violently. maybe its the huge plastic bits? you can see them bend pretty badly.

@ Glen: That's something I would like to know too! I suspect that it is inherent in the design of horizontal spinners as Jolt did the same and TO throws itself around as much or more than Scissorhands.
The effect might not be all bad; the longer Scissorhands spreads out the reaction from a hit, the less damage it is likely to take. On the other bot, all the energy is getting dumped into cutting or shock damage in a very short time. Having said that, Scissorhands needs to toughen up and I have 6 pages of notes with many ideas that will really improve shock resistance and performance.
One of the coolest parts of Robogames is the chance to see many other bots up close and talk to the builders; I picked up many great ideas and made new friends, which will make my own bots better. _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion
