Thank you Telstra!

Thank you for coming to fix my neighbors phone line Sunday morning and accidentally disconnecting mine.
Thank you for NOT fixing my line after I advised the technician while he was working, that he has just disconnected my line.
Thank you to the technician, while promising to fix my line after looking @ my next neighbors line and then pissing off before fixing MINE!
And thank you to Telstra for taking four days to fix my line.
