Very Happy

ooooooh and if it could handle a little rain it would help as well Laughing

The Knob is the easy bit, its the part behind it that is important. usually a potentiometer. They are available in a wide range of values and types (log, linear etc).

You have to disassemble the ESC and look for a part number, marking or else get out your meter and do some measurements to determine the right one to buy.

Rain resistant ? If you buy a big enough knobby bit to cover the electrical bit and mount it inside a mostly sealed box or area, you should be right as long as you dont go swimming

as for the meter, i cant even pronounce the bloody thing let along have any idea what it is or how to use it

so is this cylinder the potentiometer ?
can i just buy a knob and use the one thats on there already ?
is that how it works ?

For wimps! Go HEAVIEST e-bike and get a brushless Etek motor and controller from Team Delta. I have no idea what to use a 19KW motor for except hurting myself, but I want one! World's fastest scooter, perhaps?

A 19kW motor is the size that they use in full blown electric cars Razz .

On a side note I spoked my hub motor yesterday.
