i would buy a few things like a car and other toys. then come the interesting part i would go and make my 4 ton walking robot with hydrolic crushing teeth and plasma cutters so i could do exerbition stuff. like take a car a part

If I won a few million. I would take 1 million, put the rest into something like Blue Chip Shares/Investments and then use the rest of the money to pay for my teriary education. After that, look at starting up my own business.

For the robots, I'd buy an industrial shed, buy a CNC mill, CNC lathe, Laser cutter, Industrial MIG/TIG and every type of bender/shaper/cutter i could use for robots. Then order a few $100k orders of Titanium, Hardox and Aluminium and go into making Bot parts as a part time hobby.

I'd definately buy a few cars, a nice house with a "bot lab" in the basement and a Computer/electronic lab so i can make speed controllers and everything. Might buy a few Cray super computers to run some EDS Sim software and design robots . Put a crap load of solar gear in it to save a bit of environment and maybe look at finding myself a woman who isn't after my money

Oh, and I'd build a permanent 10m x 10m robot arena with 5 x 10mm layers of polycarb in my industrial shed for battle comps and would even think about flying people who have to travel more then 200km to my events

And as a last thing, I'd donate $1 million to cancer research.

um glen you sure thats a good thing to do after all it would be damn hard to beat unless you stuck it in the origional scrap lol

well i would get my buisness happening (getting bot parts to the australian bot building enthusiusits cheaper than over seas) then get all the high tech machinary to go with it and finaly an arena capeable of holding super heavy weights with interchangeable arena weoponary (just for the fun of it) then build my home ontop of the shop and arena get my self my ute and surplus parts for robots buy out a metal refinary and then finaly employ one of you sorry sods to work in the shop (and build your robots outta materials that i have there in spare time) and then go and do something realy stupid (dont know yet what it is but i feel like when im about 60 i aught to do som,ething that stupid that it will get plastered accross the news like maby make rocket powered water skees and skee accross the atlantic or go to the moon and host the galixy's very first combat robot event not held on the earth not sure yet )

well if were going into space why don't we just mount lasers on to robots and do a masive star wars type thing where you pilot these things to take each other out.

someone should call richard branson(the guy who is the head of virgin airlines) and tell him about space robot wars i reacon he'd love it.
